How to Get an Ajman Media City Free Zone Visa
If you are not in the UAE at the time of company incorporation, you can complete the visa process through a legal representative authorised via Power of Attorney.

Liquidating an Ajman Media City Free Zone Company
Companies may need to cease operations — following the death of an owner, financial constraints, or simply because the company has achieved its purpose. In these cases, the company must be formally liquidated so it officially ceases to exist. Liquidation can be carried out by the owner or by a legal representative appointed via Power of Attorney.
All company documents issued by AMC must be returned to the Authority; if any documents have been irretrievably lost, a police report must be filed. AMC charges AED 1,800 for company liquidation, and the process typically takes about a month. On completion: all company visas are cancelled, the establishment card is cancelled, the lease and tenancy contract are terminated, the trade licence is invalidated, and any refundable deposits are returned.
